About Roblox Sensitivity
Roblox has a unique way of handling mouse sensitivity that's different from most competitive shooters. Instead of a raw sensitivity value that scales with your DPI, Roblox uses a simple multiplier on a base turning speed. This means that a sensitivity of "0.2" in Roblox is not directly comparable to "0.2" in Valorant. Because of this, matching your aim between games can be very difficult without doing some precise math.
This converter solves the problem by focusing on the one true measure of sensitivity: cm/360°. This is the physical distance you need to move your mouse to do a full 360-degree turn. By keeping this value the same, we can calculate the exact Roblox sensitivity you need to perfectly match the muscle memory you've built in other games like CS2, Apex Legends, or Overwatch.
How to Use This Converter
- Select Your Games: Choose the game you're converting FROM and TO.
- Enter Your Settings: Input your mouse DPI and the in-game sensitivity for your "From" game.
- Get Your New Sensitivity: The tool will instantly calculate the new value. For Roblox, this is the number you'll put in the in-game camera sensitivity setting.
- Apply In-Game: Open Roblox, go to the in-game settings menu (press Esc), and find the "Sensitivity" slider. Enter the value from this calculator.
Tips for Better Aim in Roblox
- Disable Mouse Acceleration: For consistent aim in any game, go to your Windows mouse settings and make sure "Enhance pointer precision" is turned OFF. This prevents your cursor speed from changing based on how fast you move your mouse.
- Camera Mode: In many Roblox games, you can choose between "Classic" and "Camera Toggle" modes. For FPS games, "Classic" mode where the camera follows your mouse is usually preferred.
- Check Game-Specific Settings: Some Roblox games like Arsenal or Phantom Forces might have their own separate sensitivity settings in their own menus. Always check there first! This converter is based on the default Roblox camera behavior.
